AI

Let your app use AI, and decide who may.

For an app with an AI feature: every request it sends to OpenAI, Claude or another provider, how long the answers take, the tokens in and out, and why any failed, in words ("The provider account needs a payment").

AI for visitors who are not signed in decides whether people without an account may use the AI features. The app calls the provider with your key, so every call is charged to you: turn it on only for something you mean to give away, like a public demo. Off, which is how it starts, people create an account first. The same switch is on the Cloud page and here.

What the AI page shows

Choose 7, 30 or 90 days. A chart shows requests per day, those that worked and those that failed. Tiles show Requests, how many Worked, the Average answer time and the Tokens in and out. A Models table breaks that down by model, and Recent requests lists the newest 50, with Only failed to filter them. Providers lists each one as Ready, Terms not accepted, Switched off or No key, and warns when the app calls one that is not ready. What people asked and what the AI answered is never stored, and requests are kept for 90 days.

Limits on AI requests

Each signed-in person can send up to 200 requests a day. Visitors who are not signed in share one allowance of the same size. AI also counts against the account's monthly integration credits, across all its apps: when they run out, AI stops in every one of them until the month ends or the plan changes.
