Manage your app
Cloud
Your app's backend, set up for you: the data it saved, the messages from its forms, its accounts and letters, its AI requests and secrets, its logs and usage, and how to move it out.
Every app that saves something or signs people in gets a backend on Setherion, with nothing to set up. Cloud is where you look after it: in the editor, open Manage, then Cloud.
The first page is the backend at a glance: what the app keeps, who has an account, the letters it sends, its AI requests, errors and usage. Each card leads to its own page, listed under Cloud in the menu on the left: Database, Forms, Users, Emails, AI, Secrets, Logs, Usage and Advanced settings.
At the top, This is yours to take says what leaves with you: on every plan the data exports as SQL ready for a Supabase you own, and on a paid plan the code downloads as a normal React project or goes to your GitHub.
Who sees what: anyone who can open the app can read the Database, Users, Emails, AI, Logs and Usage pages. Forms and Secrets need someone who can edit the app. Moving the data out and deleting it need the owner or an admin, and so do the look of the letters, resuming them and a sending domain. The people who use the app never see Cloud.
What the app may keep
How many records an app can store depends on the plan of its owner.
| Plan | Records per app | Size of one record |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10,000 | 16 KB |
| Pro and Business | 500,000 | 100 KB |
When the app is full, what exists still works and new records are refused until some are deleted or the plan is raised. Files belong in storage, not in a record. The Database card and Usage show how full the app is once it passes half of its room.
