MCP, API and Telegram

Telegram

Change your apps by writing to a bot in Telegram, from wherever you are, and publish them from the same chat.

Connect Telegram to your Setherion account and you can change your apps from your phone, wherever you are. Write to the bot what you want different, the way you would in the editor, and it changes the app. When it is done, one button puts it online.

Connect it

Open Telegram in Settings

In Setherion, open Settings, then Telegram, and press Connect Telegram.

Reach the bot

Three ways are shown, and any one of them works:

  • On your phone: point the camera at the code on the screen, then tap Start in Telegram.
  • On this computer: press Open in Telegram, then tap Start in the chat.
  • By hand: find @SetherionBot in Telegram and send it the /start line shown on the page.

Pick an app

The bot says Connected and lists your apps. Tap the one to work on.

The code is single use and good for fifteen minutes. The Settings page notices the connection on its own, with no need to reload it. If the code runs out, press the button again for a new one.

Change an app

Send the bot what you want changed, in any language, such as "change Saturday's opening hours to 10:00 to 14:00" or "make the booking button green". It answers Working on it, and a minute or two later says what it changed.

The change is saved in the app straight away, but it is not online yet. Tap Publish under the answer to put it online, and the bot replies with the address.

SendWhat it does
Any messageChanges the app you are working on.
/appsPicks which app the chat works on.
/publishPuts the current app online.
/helpShows what the bot can do.
/stopDisconnects this chat from your account.

Each change spends your credits, the same as in the editor. A change that leaves the app unable to build is not charged: the credits come back, and the bot shows no Publish button for it.

Good to know

  • One change at a time. A message sent while the bot is still working gets "I am still working on the last one". A change that never finishes is released after 15 minutes.
  • The bot changes apps you already have. A new app is built in Setherion first, and the bot takes it from there.
  • It sees the same apps as your dashboard: your own and the ones shared with you.
  • When you are out of credits, nothing is changed and the bot says so.
  • Settings, then Telegram, shows the account the chat is connected to and when it last wrote.

Disconnect

Send /stop in the chat, or press Disconnect in Settings, then Telegram. The chat stops reaching your apps at once. You can connect again any time, and connecting again replaces the old connection.

The same work can be done from Claude, Cursor or VS Code: see Connect an AI assistant.
