Manage your app
Integrations
Manage, then Integrations: the services connected on your account that this app can use, by kind, and what to do when the app calls one that is not connected.
Integrations shows the services connected on your account, the ones this app can use: open Manage, then Integrations.
You connect a service once, and every app you build can use it. The secret keys stay on Setherion's servers. Only values that are public by design, like a Supabase anon key, ever reach the browser.
What the page shows
- How many are connected, and Manage to add, change or remove one in Connectors.
- The services by kind: data and accounts, payments, AI, email and messaging, then media, search and the rest. Each kind shows how many are connected and which.
- Payments has its own page, with the state of your checkout. See Payments.
Which services are listed under each kind
- Data and accounts: Supabase, Firebase, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets.
- Payments: Stripe, Paddle, PayPal.
- AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Replicate, ElevenLabs.
- Email and messaging: Resend, Brevo, Mailgun, Twilio, Slack, Telegram, Pusher.
- Media, search and the rest: Cloudinary, Algolia, Google Maps, Firecrawl, Calendly.
This page counts and groups those. Every other service, such as the CRM, design and shop connectors, is added and managed in Connectors, and each connection has permissions you can switch off. See Permissions.
When the app calls a service that is not connected, the page says so at the top, for example "Your app calls OpenAI, which is not connected". Those calls fail until the key is added with Add the key. Everything else in the app keeps working.
Using a service in the app
Connect it, then ask for what it should do, in the chat:
| Service | Ask |
|---|---|
| OpenAI, Claude or Gemini | "Write a short description for each product from its name" |
| Resend or Brevo | "Email the client when a repair is done" |
| Google Sheets | "Show the price list from my sheet" |
| Calendly | "Let visitors book a call on the contact page" |
| Slack or Telegram | "Send me a message when someone sends the contact form" |
How to connect a service, and the full list, are in Connectors. For a service with no connector, keep its key in Secrets. In a team workspace, an admin can limit which connectors the workspace's apps may use, and the owner can lend theirs: see Connector settings.
A call to a connected service from a published app uses one integration credit. See Usage.
