Audit log
Who did what in a workspace, and how to export it.
Settings, then Audit log, lists everything that happened in the workspace, newest first, for owners and admins: who joined and who left, roles and limits changed, invitations sent and withdrawn, apps shared, published, exported or deleted, secrets added, and who an app was opened or closed to. Each row is one sentence with the time it happened. There is no search or export, and Show older loads 25 more.
| Plan | How far back |
|---|---|
| Free | 30 days |
| Pro | 90 days |
| Business | A year |
The window follows the plan of the workspace owner. Everything is recorded and kept for 13 months on every plan, so upgrading shows older events that were already recorded.
Everything the audit log records
The workspace: created, renamed, ownership transferred, deleted (that one is written into the previous owner's personal workspace), and connector settings changed.
People: someone joined (and whether by the shared link), a role changed, someone left or was removed, a spending limit changed (the amount is not shown).
Invitations: invited, withdrawn, a shared link created, changed to another role, stopped or replaced.
Apps and access: an app shared with someone, a person's access changed or removed, visibility changed (open only to the workspace, to the workspace and the people it is shared with, or to anyone with the link), an app moved between workspaces (written in both), moved to the trash, published or republished, code exported.
Apps, data and AI: all records and accounts deleted, AI assistants opened or closed to the app, or made to sign in, or all disconnected.
Apps, secrets and accounts: a secret added, replaced or deleted (never its value), an app account put on or taken off the app's team, an invitation to the app's own users.
Apps, letters: the app's letters paused (and whether after spam or bounces) or resumed.
