Customer portals
A portal where each customer sees their own.
Customers make an account and sign in, and each sees only what is theirs, while your team sees everything.
What a portal has from the start.
Real accounts
Sign in with Google, or with an email and a password, from the foot of the menu. Signed out, the screens show the sample data. Signed in, each person sees only their own, with an empty state and an Add button until there is something to show.
Each record belongs to its owner
By default a record is read and changed only by the person who saved it, plus your team if you have marked some accounts as team.
Each account its own data
What people enter is saved on Setherion's database, is still there after a reload and on any device, and nobody else sees it.
Your team sees everything
Your team sees and changes every record.
Letters that go out on their own
Confirming an account, resetting a password, a sign-in link, in the language of the app.
Account actions already covered
Changing the email address (the new one is confirmed by a link), changing the password with a code emailed to the person, and deleting the account. Ask for the ones you want on a settings screen.
Say who may see what.
Under Access rules, on the Cloud page, each collection says who can read it and who can change it. By default a record is read and changed only by the person who saved it, plus your team if you have marked some accounts as team.
Who may see what, in the documentationFrom the request to the portal.

Invite people
You can invite people by email, and they choose their own password.
- 3
Put it online
It is free on every plan, takes seconds, and you can do it as often as you like.
